Founded in 2019, Zing Health aims to address healthcare system inadequacies with community-based Medicare Advantage plans that deliver scalable, tech-enabled solutions to improve outcomes in underserved populations. Zing operates in counties across Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Ohio, and Tennessee.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide managed care Medicare Advantage plans that address social determinants of health, reducing healthcare disparities in historically underserved populations. Zing Health plans integrate Medicare Part A and Part B benefits with Part D prescription drug coverage and offer extensive additional benefits.
Our Focus
Zing offers comprehensive healthcare solutions with a focus on personalized care. Our Medicare Advantage HMO and PPO plans include specialized Chronic Special Needs Plans (C-SNPs) tailored for individuals with chronic conditions like Cardiovascular Disorders, Chronic Heart Failure, Chronic Kidney Disease, Diabetes, and Overweight, Obesity, and Metabolic Syndrome. By addressing each member’s unique needs, we help improve health outcomes and empower providers to offer more effective care.
Our Care Model
Zing Health uses an innovative, personalized care model centered around members and their primary care providers, supported by a holistic team of nurse care managers, behavioral health clinicians, social workers, and community connections. This approach reduces healthcare expenses and eliminates financial surprises.
